A: It usually takes 5-10 minutes. Make sure to re-log into the server to possibly make the process faster. If you do NOT get your rank within an hour, please contact us!

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No, all purchases made are final. If you do process a refund, you will be permanently banned/IP banned.
